Domes komiteju darba organiz\u0101cija<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3. Domes darbs l\u0113mumu projektu sagatavo\u0161an\u0101 notiek komiteju s\u0113d\u0113s.<br \/>\n4. Jauna domes sasaukuma pirm\u0101s komiteju s\u0113des, iz\u0146emot Finan\u0161u komiteju, sasauc un l\u012bdz komitejas priek\u0161s\u0113d\u0113t\u0101ja iev\u0113l\u0113\u0161anai vada domes priek\u0161s\u0113d\u0113t\u0101js.<br \/>\n7. Komitejas priek\u0161s\u0113d\u0113t\u0101js sagatavo, sasauc un vada komitejas s\u0113di, sast\u0101da s\u0113des darba k\u0101rt\u012bbu, k\u0101 ar\u012b nodro\u0161ina, lai komitejas l\u0113mumi b\u016btu ierakst\u012bti protokol\u0101, zi\u0146o par komitejas kompetenc\u0113 eso\u0161iem jaut\u0101jumiem domes s\u0113d\u0113. L\u0113mumu projektus izskat\u012b\u0161anai komitej\u0101s sagatavo:<br \/>\n9.1. administr\u0101cijas iest\u0101\u017eu vad\u012bt\u0101ji un Centr\u0101l\u0101s administr\u0101cijas darbinieki attiec\u012bg\u0101s iest\u0101des kompetences jaut\u0101jumos p\u0113c savas iniciat\u012bvas vai saska\u0146\u0101 ar domes vai t\u0101s komitejas l\u0113mumu, domes priek\u0161s\u0113d\u0113t\u0101ja vai pa\u0161vald\u012bbas izpilddirektora uzdevumu;<br \/>\n9.2. pa\u0161vald\u012bbas amatpersonas to kompetences jaut\u0101jumos;<br \/>\n9.3. domes deput\u0101ti p\u0113c savas iniciat\u012bvas.<br \/>\n10. Centr\u0101laj\u0101 administr\u0101cij\u0101 sa\u0146emtos un domei adres\u0113tos fizisko un juridisko personu iesniegumus, ja to izskat\u012b\u0161anai nepiecie\u0161ams domes l\u0113mums, izskata pa\u0161vald\u012bbas izpilddirektors un, saska\u0146ojot ar domes priek\u0161s\u0113d\u0113t\u0101ju, rezol\u016bcij\u0101 nosaka komisiju, komiteju vai iest\u0101di, kurai j\u0101izskata iesniegums, un amatpersonu, kurai j\u0101sagatavo l\u0113muma projekts \u0161\u012b jaut\u0101juma izskat\u012b\u0161anai komitejas vai domes s\u0113d\u0113.<br \/>\n11. Komitej\u0101s izskat\u0101mo jaut\u0101jumu l\u0113mumu projekti j\u0101iesniedz k\u0101rt\u012bb\u0101, k\u0101da \u0161aj\u0101 reglament\u0101 noteikta domes l\u0113mumu projektu sagatavo\u0161anai. Komitejas locek\u013ci neizpau\u017e inform\u0101ciju par fizisko personu datiem un juridisko personu komercnosl\u0113pumiem, kas tiem k\u013cuvusi zin\u0101ma, pildot komitejas locek\u013ca pien\u0101kumus.<br \/>\n18. Par izskat\u0101mo jaut\u0101jumu komitej\u0101 zi\u0146o komitejas priek\u0161s\u0113d\u0113t\u0101js vai l\u0113muma projekta sagatavot\u0101js, inform\u0113jot par l\u0113muma projekta b\u016bt\u012bbu un lietder\u012bbu, veiktaj\u0101m saska\u0146o\u0161anas proced\u016br\u0101m un iesp\u0113jamajiem izskat\u0101m\u0101 jaut\u0101juma alternat\u012bvajiem risin\u0101jumiem. Ja uz atk\u0101rtotu komitejas s\u0113di neierodas komitejas locek\u013cu vair\u0101kums, komitejas priek\u0161s\u0113d\u0113t\u0101jam par to j\u0101zi\u0146o domei.<br \/>\n20.
