Nor\u0113\u0137ini piln\u0101 apm\u0113r\u0101 tiek veikti saska\u0146\u0101 ar par\u0101du atmaksas grafiku.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Nomas maksas atbr\u012bvojums tiks piem\u0113rots ar\u012b t\u0101d\u0101 gad\u012bjum\u0101, ja nomnieks noteiktaj\u0101 period\u0101 nekustamo \u012bpa\u0161umu neizmanto visp\u0101r Ministru kabineta noteikto ierobe\u017eojumu d\u0113\u013c \u0101rk\u0101rt\u0113j\u0101s situ\u0101cijas laik\u0101.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Nomas maksas samazin\u0101jums tiks piem\u0113rots atbilsto\u0161i nomnieka ie\u0146\u0113mumu procentu\u0101lajam samazin\u0101jumam\u00a0attiec\u012bgajam m\u0113nesim, par kuru ir iesniegts iesniegums, bet nep\u0101rsniedzot 90% no nomas l\u012bgum\u0101 noteikt\u0101s nomas maksas.\u00a0Iesniegums ir iesniedzams par to m\u0113nesi, kas ir pag\u0101jis un par kuru nomnieks pier\u0101da ie\u0146\u0113mumu samazin\u0101jumu no visas savas darb\u012bbas,- st\u0101sta Al\u016bksnes novada pa\u0161vald\u012bbas uz\u0146\u0113m\u0113jdarb\u012bbas atbalsta speci\u0101liste M\u0101ra Sald\u0101bola.<\/p>\n<p>Nomnieks netiek atbr\u012bvots no samaksas par iznom\u0101t\u0101 nekustam\u0101 \u012bpa\u0161uma uztur\u0113\u0161anai nepiecie\u0161amajiem pakalpojumiem, piem\u0113ram, elektroener\u0123iju, siltumener\u0123iju, \u016bdensapg\u0101di.<\/p>\n<p>Lai sa\u0146emtu atbalstu, nomniekam iesnieguma iesnieg\u0161anas dien\u0101 \u00a0vienotaj\u0101 \u201cde minimis\u201d atbalsta uzskaites sist\u0113m\u0101 j\u0101iesniedz elektronisku \u201cde minimis\u201d uzskaites veidlapa par citu sa\u0146emto \u201cde minimis\u201d atbalstu, vai j\u0101nor\u0101da \u201cde minimis\u201d atbalsta uzskaites sist\u0113m\u0101 izveidot\u0101s un apstiprin\u0101t\u0101s pretendenta veidlapas identifik\u0101cijas numurs. \u201cDe minimis\u201d uzskaites veidlapa j\u0101aizpilda un j\u0101iesniedz komersanta \u2013 atbalsta sa\u0146\u0113m\u0113ja VID elektroniskaj\u0101 datu b\u0101z\u0113 EDS.<\/p>\n<p>Iesniegumu nomas maksas atbr\u012bvojumam vai samazin\u0101jumam nomnieki var iesniegt s\u016btot elektroniski parakst\u012btu uz\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:dome@aluksne.lv\">dome@aluksne.lv<\/a> vai, iesniedzot person\u012bgi Al\u016bksnes novada pa\u0161vald\u012bb\u0101, D\u0101rza iel\u0101 11, Al\u016bksn\u0113.
