RACA uzskata, ka iedz\u012bvot\u0101ju ien\u0101kuma nodok\u013ca (IIN) ie\u0146\u0113mumu pa\u0161vald\u012bbu da\u013cas samazin\u0101\u0161ana no 80% uz 75% kombin\u0101cij\u0101 ar virkni papildus izdevumu, kas saist\u012bti ar iecer\u0113to minim\u0101l\u0101s algas, pirmsskolas pedagogu algu, garant\u0113ta minim\u0101l\u0101 ien\u0101kuma un m\u0101jok\u013ca pabalsta cel\u0161anu un citiem pas\u0101kumiem, 2021. gad\u0101 var negat\u012bvi ietekm\u0113t daudzu pa\u0161vald\u012bbu sp\u0113ju \u012bstenot savas likum\u0101 paredz\u0113t\u0101s funkcijas. \u012apa\u0161as ba\u017eas ir par ies\u0101kto un paredz\u0113to invest\u012bciju projektu turpm\u0101ko likteni.
