Atvieglojumu sa\u0146em\u0161anai j\u0101piesak\u0101s l\u012bdz 1. febru\u0101rim.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Min\u0113tie saisto\u0161ie noteikumi nosaka, ka nodok\u013ca atvieglojumu var sa\u0146emt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>personas, kur\u0101m pie\u0161\u0137irts maznodro\u0161in\u0101tas personas statuss \u2013 70% apm\u0113r\u0101 par periodu, kur\u0101 nodok\u013ca maks\u0101t\u0101js atbilst \u0161im statusam;<\/li>\n<li>nestr\u0101d\u0101jo\u0161i, vientu\u013ci (nav pilngad\u012bgu personu, ar kur\u0101m ir kop\u012bga deklar\u0113t\u0101 dz\u012bvesvieta, nav laul\u0101t\u0101 un likum\u012bgo apg\u0101dnieku) pension\u0101ri \u2013 50%;<\/li>\n<li>nestr\u0101d\u0101jo\u0161as, vientu\u013cas (nav pilngad\u012bgu personu, ar kur\u0101m ir kop\u012bga deklar\u0113t\u0101 dz\u012bvesvieta, nav laul\u0101t\u0101 un likum\u012bgo apg\u0101dnieku) personas ar pirm\u0101s un otr\u0101s grupas invalidit\u0101ti &#8211; 50%;<\/li>\n<li>personas, kur\u0101m ir kop\u012bga deklar\u0113t\u0101 dz\u012bvesvieta ar nepilngad\u012bg\u0101m person\u0101m ar pirm\u0101s vai otr\u0101s grupas invalidit\u0101ti, un kuras ir nodok\u013ca maks\u0101t\u0101ja vai t\u0101 laul\u0101t\u0101 b\u0113rns, mazb\u0113rns, br\u0101lis vai m\u0101sa &#8211; 50%;<\/li>\n<li>personas, kur\u0101m taks\u0101cijas gada 1. janv\u0101r\u012b apr\u016bp\u0113 ir b\u0113rns, kas sa\u0146em apg\u0101dnieka zaud\u0113juma pensiju, un kur\u0101m ir ar \u0161o b\u0113rnu kop\u012bga deklar\u0113t\u0101 dz\u012bvesvieta (atvieglojumu var piepras\u012bt ar\u012b p\u0113c b\u0113rna pilngad\u012bbas sasnieg\u0161anas, ja b\u0113rns taks\u0101cijas gad\u0101 turpina visp\u0101r\u0113j\u0101s, profesion\u0101l\u0101s, augst\u0101k\u0101s vai speci\u0101l\u0101s izgl\u012bt\u012bbas ieguvi pilna laika kl\u0101tienes studij\u0101s) un ar\u012b, ja nekustam\u0101 \u012bpa\u0161uma \u012bpa\u0161nieks vai tiesiskais vald\u012bt\u0101js ir k\u0101ds no min\u0113tajiem b\u0113rniem &#8211; 50%;<\/li>\n<li>personas, kur\u0101m pieder zemes \u012bpa\u0161ums un kuras ir nosl\u0113gu\u0161as l\u012bgumu ar Al\u016bksnes novada pa\u0161vald\u012bbu par visa \u012bpa\u0161uma vai t\u0101 da\u013cas past\u0101v\u012bgu publisku pieejam\u012bbu un izmanto\u0161anu sabiedrisk\u0101m vajadz\u012bb\u0101m &#8211; 50%, bet ne vair\u0101k k\u0101 150 EUR no apr\u0113\u0137in\u0101t\u0101 nekustam\u0101 \u012bpa\u0161uma nodok\u013ca par zemi gad\u0101;<\/li>\n<li>personas, kur\u0101m pieder \u0113kas un kuras ir veiku\u0161as pilnu \u0113kas fas\u0101des restaur\u0101ciju, atjauno\u0161anu vai p\u0101rb\u016bvi \u2013 90%;<\/li>\n<li>\u010cernobi\u013cas atomelektrostacijas av\u0101rijas seku likvid\u0101cijas dal\u012bbnieki \u2013 70%;<\/li>\n<li>\u010cernobi\u013cas atomelektrostacijas av\u0101rijas rezult\u0101t\u0101 cietu\u0161\u0101s personas \u2013 70%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nodok\u013ca maks\u0101juma atvieglojumu pie\u0161\u0137ir par dz\u012bvojam\u0101m m\u0101j\u0101m neatkar\u012bgi no t\u0101, vai t\u0101s ir vai nav sadal\u012btas dz\u012bvok\u013cu \u012bpa\u0161umos, dz\u012bvojamo m\u0101ju da\u013c\u0101m, telpu grup\u0101m nedz\u012bvojam\u0101s \u0113k\u0101s, kuras izmanto dz\u012bvo\u0161anai, un t\u0101m piekrit\u012bgo zemi.
