Optimiz\u0113jamo reisu saraksta pamat\u0101 ir pa\u0161u pasa\u017eieru p\u0101rvad\u0101t\u0101ju sniegtie priek\u0161likumi, jo tie\u0161i p\u0101rvad\u0101t\u0101ji visobjekt\u012bv\u0101k sp\u0113j izv\u0113rt\u0113t, cik noz\u012bm\u012bgs konkr\u0113tais reiss ir pasa\u017eieru mobilit\u0101tei. Priek\u0161likumi ir saska\u0146oti ar\u012b ar pa\u0161vald\u012bb\u0101m, kuru teritorij\u0101 reisi tiek izpild\u012bti. Atsevi\u0161\u0137i priek\u0161likumi saskan ar p\u0113rn ATD sniegtajiem ierosin\u0101jumiem.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jau iepriek\u0161 inform\u0113j\u0101m, ka 2017. gada nogal\u0113 pl\u0101no\u0161anas re\u0123ioni sa\u0146\u0113ma v\u0113stuli no Autotransporta direkcijas, kur\u0101 bija min\u0113ti priek\u0161likumi par konkr\u0113tiem mar\u0161rutu\u00a0\u00a0 t\u012bkla reisu samazin\u0101jumiem. Kopum\u0101 tika rosin\u0101ts samazin\u0101t mar\u0161rutu t\u012bklu Vidzem\u0113 teju par vienu miljonu kilometru gad\u0101, minot ar\u012b konkr\u0113tus reisus, kurus ATD uzskata par nerentabliem un sl\u0113dzamiem.\u00a0 Vidzemes pl\u0101no\u0161anas re\u0123ions pied\u0101v\u0101to reisu sarakstu izskat\u012bja, tom\u0113r nesteidz\u0101s pie\u0146emt l\u0113mumu, uzskatot, ka nepiecie\u0161ama r\u016bp\u012bg\u0101ka izp\u0113te par katru no pied\u0101v\u0101tajiem reisiem.<\/p>\n<p>Ar\u012b \u0161obr\u012bd tiek sa\u0146emti papildus priek\u0161likumi no ATD par reisiem, kurus var\u0113tu sl\u0113gt, tom\u0113r VPR joproj\u0101m r\u016bp\u012bgi izv\u0113rt\u0113 katru no priek\u0161likumiem. Turkl\u0101t \u0161obr\u012bd identific\u0113ta probl\u0113ma ar detaliz\u0113tu datu tr\u016bkumu, kas atspogu\u013cotu pasa\u017eieru kust\u012bbu konkr\u0113ta reisa atsevi\u0161\u0137os posmos. Saprotot, kur\u0101 posm\u0101 ir visliel\u0101kais vai tie\u0161i pret\u0113ji \u2013 vismaz\u0101kais pasa\u017eieru skaits, palielin\u0101s iesp\u0113ja rast ekonomiski efekt\u012bvu risin\u0101jumu un vienlaikus saglab\u0101t iedz\u012bvot\u0101ju mobilit\u0101ti, nev\u0113rt\u0113jot vien\u012bgi reisa rentabilit\u0101ti kopum\u0101.<\/p>\n<p>Izp\u0113tot detaliz\u0113ti katru no mar\u0161rutu reisiem, risin\u0101jumi var b\u016bt gan \u012bsin\u0101t mar\u0161rutus posmos, kur tie ir nerentabli, gan ar\u012b sl\u0113gt vienu reisu pavisam, bet nedaudz pagarin\u0101t k\u0101du citu. VPR pie\u013cauj, ka v\u0113l atsevi\u0161\u0137os reisos var\u0113tu tikt veikta optimiz\u0101cija, pirms tam veicot individu\u0101lu reisa vai mar\u0161ruta izp\u0113ti.
