Jaunaj\u0101 tarifu sist\u0113m\u0101 tiek saglab\u0101ts minim\u0101l\u0101s maksas princips, ta\u010du, lai \u0161o tarifu sal\u0101gotu ar valstspils\u0113tu sabiedrisko transportu, tiek noteikta minim\u0101l\u0101 brauk\u0161anas maksa: R\u012bg\u0101 \u2013 1,50 eiro, cit\u0101s valsts pils\u0113t\u0101s \u2013 1,00 eiro un \u0101rpus valsts pils\u0113t\u0101m \u2013 0,70 eiro.<br \/>\n2. Tarifa maksas izmai\u0146as mazos vai vid\u0113jos att\u0101lumos autobusos jaunaj\u0101 tarifu sist\u0113m\u0101 ir relat\u012bvi nelielas un orient\u0113tas uz to, lai nerad\u012bto spiedienu uz pasa\u017eieriem, kuri bie\u017ei izmanto sabiedrisko transportu, ta\u010du izmai\u0146u rezult\u0101t\u0101 ir ar\u012b atsevi\u0161\u0137i gad\u012bjumi, kad pieaugums b\u016bs liel\u0101ks.<br \/>\n3. Lai stiprin\u0101tu vilcienu k\u0101 sabiedrisk\u0101 transporta mugurkaulu, jau eso\u0161ajos vilciena un autobusu savienojumos Aizkraukl\u0113, Tukum\u0101, Kr\u0101slav\u0101 un Dagd\u0101 pl\u0101nots ieviest jaunu bi\u013ce\u0161u veidu Vilciens+, ar kuru \u012bsos braucienos ar autobusu uz vai no vilciena pieturas punkta var\u0113s braukt bez papildus maksas vai par minim\u0101lu samaksu.<br \/>\n4. No 1. apr\u012b\u013ca vilcienos b\u016bs vienreiz\u0113j\u0101s, 1, 3, 5 un 30 dienu bi\u013cetes, bet re\u0123ion\u0101lajos autobusos \u2013 vienreiz\u0113j\u0101s bi\u013cetes un eso\u0161\u0101s m\u0113ne\u0161a bi\u013cetes.<br \/>\n5. L\u012bdz br\u012bdim, kad vilciena un autobusu p\u0101rvad\u0101jumos tiks vien\u0101doti visi bi\u013ce\u0161u veidi, abos p\u0101rvad\u0101jumu veidos ievie\u0161ot ar\u012b 10 un 20 braucienu bi\u013cetes, autobusu p\u0101rvad\u0101jumos tiek saglab\u0101ti l\u012bdz\u0161in\u0113jie bi\u013cetes viedi 10 \u2013 19 braucieniem, 20 \u2013 34 braucieniem un 35 un vair\u0101k braucieniem.<br \/>\n6. 30 dienu bi\u013cete regul\u0101rajiem pasa\u017eieriem. P\u0113c 2021. gada sabiedrisk\u0101 transporta pakalpojumu apmaksa no valsts bud\u017eeta l\u012bdzek\u013ciem par katru braucienu ir palielin\u0101jusies vismaz 2 reizes, un pasa\u017eieris no saviem l\u012bdzek\u013ciem sedz tikai aptuveni 30% no brauciena maksas.<\/p>\n<h3>\nTarifu veido\u0161anas v\u0113sture<\/h3>\n<p>\nEso\u0161\u0101 re\u0123ion\u0101l\u0101 sabiedrisk\u0101 transporta tarifu sist\u0113ma Latvij\u0101 ir sp\u0113k\u0101 kop\u0161 2020. gada, ta\u010du ar\u012b pirms tam t\u0101 praktiski nav tikusi reform\u0113ta. Ieskatam \u2013 2012. gad\u0101 tika standartiz\u0113ta starppils\u0113tu autobusu tarifu veido\u0161ana \u2013 iek\u0101p\u0161anas maksa atkar\u012bb\u0101 no pils\u0113tas un maksa par kilometru. 2015. \u2013 2016. gad\u0101 tika uzs\u0101kts viet\u0113j\u0101s noz\u012bmes autobusu tarifu vien\u0101do\u0161anas process (l\u012bdz 2014. gadam viet\u0113j\u0101s noz\u012bmes p\u0101rvad\u0101jumi bija rajona padomju\/ pl\u0101no\u0161anas re\u0123ionu p\u0101rzi\u0146\u0101). 2016. gada 1. apr\u012bl\u012b Latvij\u0101 ieviests zonu tarifs dzelzce\u013ca p\u0101rvad\u0101jumos elektrific\u0113taj\u0101 zon\u0101, savuk\u0101rt neelektrific\u0113taj\u0101 zon\u0101 saglab\u0101ts tarifs par kilometru. P\u0113d\u0113j\u0101s izmai\u0146as tarifu izmai\u0146\u0101s re\u0123ion\u0101lajos sabiedrisk\u0101 transporta mar\u0161rutos dat\u0113jamas ar 2020. gada 15. janv\u0101ri, kad visos re\u0123ion\u0101l\u0101s noz\u012bmes p\u0101rvad\u0101jumos palielin\u0101ta brauk\u0161anas cena neatkar\u012bgi no att\u0101luma par 0,10 EUR.
