pa\u0161vald\u012bbas gadsk\u0101rt\u0113j\u0101 bud\u017eet\u0101 \u0161im m\u0113r\u0137im paredz\u0113tajiem l\u012bdzek\u013ciem.<\/p>\n<p>Projekta pieteikumu l\u012bdzfinans\u0113juma sa\u0146em\u0161anai var iesniegt pa\u0161i daudzdz\u012bvok\u013cu m\u0101jas dz\u012bvok\u013cu \u012bpa\u0161nieki vai ar pilnvarot\u0101s personas starpniec\u012bbu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L\u012bdzfinans\u0113jumu pie\u0161\u0137ir Al\u016bksnes novada teritorij\u0101 eso\u0161ai daudzdz\u012bvok\u013cu m\u0101jai, kas atbilst \u0161\u0101diem nosac\u012bjumiem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ir privatiz\u0113ta atbilsto\u0161i ties\u012bbu aktiem,<\/li>\n<li>taj\u0101 p\u0113c kadastr\u0101l\u0101s uzm\u0113r\u012b\u0161anas lietas ir ne maz\u0101k k\u0101 4 dz\u012bvok\u013ci,<\/li>\n<li>vienai personai (iz\u0146emot pa\u0161vald\u012bbu) pieder ne vair\u0101k k\u0101 25% dz\u012bvok\u013cu,<\/li>\n<li>m\u0101jas maksas par\u0101ds 12 m\u0113ne\u0161os m\u0101jai nep\u0101rsniedz 15%,<\/li>\n<li>nekustam\u0101 \u012bpa\u0161uma nodok\u013ca par\u0101ds m\u0101jai nep\u0101rsniedz 15% no kop\u0113j\u0101s (ieskaitot in\u017eenierkomunik\u0101cijas un apr\u012bkojuma elementus),<\/li>\n<li>teritorijas apgaismojuma ier\u012bko\u0161anai, atjauno\u0161anai vai p\u0101rb\u016bvei,<\/li>\n<li>atkritumu konteineru novieto\u0161anas vietas ier\u012bko\u0161anai vai atjauno\u0161anai (atbilsto\u0161i Teritorijas izmanto\u0161anas un apb\u016bves noteikumiem),<\/li>\n<li>jaunu b\u0113rnu rota\u013cu \u012bpa\u0161uma funkcionalit\u0101ti vai neiek\u013caujas vides ainav\u0101.<\/p>\n<p>L\u012bdzfinans\u0113jumu vienas daudzdz\u012bvok\u013cu dz\u012bvojam\u0101s m\u0101jas piesaist\u012bt\u0101 zemesgabala labiek\u0101rto\u0161anai var sa\u0146emt ne vair\u0101k k\u0101 500\u00a0EUR uz vienu dz\u012bvok\u013ca \u012bpa\u0161umu, ne vair\u0101k k\u0101 50% no kop\u0113j\u0101m atbalst\u0101m\u0101m izmaks\u0101m.<\/p>\n<p>Projekta pieteikuma iesniedz\u0113jam pa\u0161vald\u012bb\u0101 j\u0101iesniedz aizpild\u012bta pieteikuma veidlapa un citi saisto\u0161ajos noteikumos paredz\u0113tie dokumenti.
