Aicin\u0101m iedz\u012bvot\u0101jus iepaz\u012bties ar jaunajos saisto\u0161ajos noteikumos paredz\u0113to k\u0101rt\u012bbu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Saisto\u0161ie noteikumi nosaka vienotu k\u0101rt\u012bbu, k\u0101 novad\u0101 kopjami \u012bpa\u0161umi un tajos eso\u0161\u0101s \u0113kas un b\u016bves, k\u0101 ar\u012b \u012bpa\u0161umam piegulo\u0161\u0101, publisk\u0101 lieto\u0161an\u0101 nodot\u0101 pa\u0161vald\u012bbas teritorija, k\u0101 ar\u012b paredz administrat\u012bvo atbild\u012bbu par saisto\u0161o noteikumu neiev\u0113ro\u0161anu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Zemes \u012bpa\u0161umu un piegulo\u0161o teritoriju uztur\u0113\u0161ana un kop\u0161ana<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Saisto\u0161ie noteikumi nosaka, ka zemes \u012bpa\u0161uma un tam piegulo\u0161\u0101s teritorijas uztur\u0113\u0161anu un kop\u0161anu neapb\u016bv\u0113t\u0101 zemes gabal\u0101 nodro\u0161ina zemes \u012bpa\u0161nieks vai tiesiskais vald\u012bt\u0101js. Apb\u016bv\u0113t\u0101 zemes gabal\u0101 par to g\u0101d\u0101 \u0113kas \u012bpa\u0161nieks, ja vien zemes nomas l\u012bgum\u0101 nav noteikta cita k\u0101rt\u012bba, savuk\u0101rt, ja \u0113kas \u012bpa\u0161nieks nav noskaidrojams, par uztur\u0113\u0161anu un kop\u0161anu j\u0101r\u016bp\u0113jas zemes \u012bpa\u0161niekam. Dal\u012bt\u0101 \u012bpa\u0161uma gad\u012bjum\u0101 uztur\u0113\u0161anas un kop\u0161anas pien\u0101kums ir daudzdz\u012bvok\u013cu dz\u012bvojam\u0101s m\u0101jas dz\u012bvok\u013cu \u012bpa\u0161nieku kop\u012bbai vai p\u0101rvaldniekam &#8211; kopt m\u0101ju uztur\u0113\u0161anai, p\u0101rvald\u012b\u0161anai un apsaimnieko\u0161anai nepiecie\u0161amos zemes gabalus.<\/p>\n<p>Jaunajos saisto\u0161ajos noteikumos saglab\u0101ts nosac\u012bjums, ka Al\u016bksnes pils\u0113t\u0101 un ciemu teritorij\u0101s j\u0101nodro\u0161ina zemes \u012bpa\u0161umam piegulo\u0161\u0101s teritorijas kop\u0161ana no zemes \u012bpa\u0161uma robe\u017eas l\u012bdz ietves vai brauktuves (ja ietves nav) tuv\u0101kajai malai, bet ne vair\u0101k k\u0101 7 m platum\u0101, iev\u0113rojot nosac\u012bjumu, ka piegulo\u0161\u0101s teritorijas plat\u012bba, kas nekustam\u0101 \u012bpa\u0161uma \u012bpa\u0161niekam j\u0101kopj, nep\u0101rsniedz pusi no nekustam\u0101 \u012bpa\u0161uma plat\u012bbas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zemes \u012bpa\u0161umam piegulo\u0161aj\u0101 teritorij\u0101, k\u0101 ar\u012b teritorij\u0101, kas v\u0113rsta pret publisku \u0101rtelpu Al\u016bksnes pils\u0113t\u0101 un ciemu teritorij\u0101s, j\u0101nodro\u0161ina:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>regul\u0101ra (ne ret\u0101k k\u0101 vienu reizi m\u0113nes\u012b) z\u0101les p\u013cau\u0161ana un sav\u0101k\u0161ana,<\/li>\n<li>teritorijas sakop\u0161ana, t.sk. apst\u0101d\u012bjumu uztur\u0113\u0161ana, nokritu\u0161o lapu un zaru, kritu\u0161o aug\u013cu sav\u0101k\u0161ana, iz\u0146emot, ja \u012bpa\u0161um\u0101 ir \u012bpa\u0161i apr\u012bkotas kompost\u0113\u0161anas vietas,<\/li>\n<li>uzkop\u0161anas rezult\u0101t\u0101 radu\u0161ies net\u012brie \u016bde\u0146i, z\u0101le, sniegs, ledus un citi priek\u0161meti j\u0101izmet, j\u0101izlej vai j\u0101novieto viet\u0101s, kur tie netrauc\u0113 g\u0101j\u0113ju p\u0101rvieto\u0161anos, transporta kust\u012bbu vai piek\u013cuvi ugunsdz\u0113s\u012bbas hidrantiem, lietus \u016bdens uztv\u0113r\u0113ju rest\u0113m un v\u0101kiem, in\u017eeniert\u012bklu ak\u0101m, publiskajiem apst\u0101d\u012bjumiem vai autobusu pieturviet\u0101m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nedz\u012bvojamo \u0113ku teritorij\u0101s, kas v\u0113rstas uz publiskas lieto\u0161anas teritoriju, j\u0101nodro\u0161ina skatlogu, \u0101rdurvju un fas\u0101des t\u012br\u012bba, k\u0101 ar\u012b logu un durvju nosl\u0113g\u0161ana t\u0101, lai neboj\u0101tu ainavu un nov\u0113rstu nepiedero\u0161u personu iek\u013c\u016b\u0161anu un uztur\u0113\u0161anos taj\u0101s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zemes \u012bpa\u0161umam piegulo\u0161aj\u0101 teritorij\u0101 un teritorij\u0101, kas v\u0113rsta pret publisku \u0101rtelpu Al\u016bksnes pils\u0113t\u0101 un ciemu teritorij\u0101s, ir pien\u0101kums:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>regul\u0101ri form\u0113t dz\u012bv\u017eogus, t.sk. kr\u016bmus un kokus, ja tie trauc\u0113 p\u0101rvietoties g\u0101j\u0113jiem un transportl\u012bdzek\u013ciem, un p\u0113c kop\u0161anas darbiem sakopt teritoriju.
